Tin Patterns
Tin ceiling panels originated from the desire to have sophisticated interior designs that replicated European plasterwork. Around the 1800’s, Americans developed durable and fireproof, thin rolled tin-plate which we stamp on large stamping presses. This mass production technique not only makes installation easier, but affordable to the general public.
